lower, and once you know what sells in your shop, planning two weeks ahead
is not difficult.
The European warehouse earns its higher price in one specific situation:
when running out costs you more than the difference. A best seller that
disappears from your shelf for three weeks is expensive in a way that never
shows up on an invoice.
Delivery Time: Days Against Weeks
Orders from our European warehouse typically arrive in 4 to 7 days.
Orders from China take 8 to 12 days by air.
Customs clearance is handled on our side either way — you receive the
goods, not paperwork. That is worth stating plainly, because it differs
between suppliers and it is the part new retailers worry about most when
ordering from Asia for the first time.
So the question is not whether one route is more complicated. It is
simply how long you are willing to wait.
Unit Cost: Where the Difference Comes From
Stock in China is cheaper per piece. That is where the devices are
manufactured, and every step between there and a European warehouse adds
cost — freight, storage, handling.
For most orders that difference goes straight into your margin, which is
exactly why the majority of our customers order this way. The European
option costs more per unit because someone has already carried the goods
across the world and is holding them for you.
Two things are worth adding to the comparison before you decide:
- The capital tied up while a shipment is in transit
- Sales you lose if you run out before the next delivery arrives
For slow, predictable products these barely matter. For your fastest
seller they can matter a great deal.
The Real Risk Is Buying the Wrong Thing
This is where new retailers actually lose money, and it has nothing to do
with shipping.
A large order at a low unit price looks like the smart move — until half
of it is a flavour your customers do not want. The money is spent, the shelf
space is occupied, and the stock is not moving.
The protection against that is not a particular warehouse. It is ordering

Proven best sellers, ordered from China. You know the
numbers, you can forecast a few weeks ahead, and the lower unit price goes

Questions Worth Asking Any Supplier
- Which specific products are physically in the European warehouse right now?
- Is shipping included in the quoted price, or added at checkout?
- Is customs clearance handled by the supplier, or left to you?
- How quickly is European stock replenished when it sells out?
- Can I order a small quantity of a device I have not sold before?
The fourth one matters more than most retailers realise. A European
warehouse is only an advantage while it actually has stock.
