Shipping Policy

1. Orders will be ship out within 1-3 days after paid and around 10-15 Business days delivery time (Note: we don’t ship out orders at weekend).

3. You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address.

Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

• UK – Local DPD/Royail Mail Express

• AU – Local Australia Post
• Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

Country lists of Europe DDP Method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

Shipments to European countries except UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.
