How ordering works

- If you chose your own flavours, write them in the order note at checkout: one flavour per box of 10, so 60 pieces means six flavours.
- Pay by bank transfer (accounts in EUR, GBP, USD and AUD; the details appear after checkout) or with USDC on Base (a 3% fee applies to crypto payments). Cash on delivery is not available.
- Orders ship within 3–5 days after payment (not at weekends). You receive a tracking number by email and can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.
Shipping, customs and delivery times
The Uwin Shisha 300K ships from our China warehouse, and customs clearance is handled on our side for every order. Wholesale orders ship free to most European countries; for a few destinations (for example the USA and Canada) a shipping fee is added at checkout before you pay.
